The Deepwater Horizon Texas Trustee Implementation Group is hosting their annual public meeting on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, to discuss their restoration progress and plans for restoring the natural resources injured by the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Texas Restoration Area. The meeting will be an open-house format and a great opportunity for conversations between community members and the Trustees.

The Texas Trustee Implementation Group is composed of representatives from the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, Texas General Land Office, Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Department of the Interior, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and U.S. Department of Agriculture. The Trustees will be available for those interested in asking questions or discussing the meeting topics further.
