Environmental Compliance

This table summarizes the status of regulatory compliance reviews or approvals. Each project is subject to applicable compliance with regulatory requirements, such as protection of endangered species or historic resources, which are relevant to that project. This table will be updated for each project as relevant regulatory reviews or approvals are completed. Documentation of regulatory compliance will be available in the administrative record that can be found at the Department of the Interior's Administrative Record Index for the Deepwater Horizon NRDA. This table will be updated periodically with direct links to these documents in the administrative record. Please check back for that information.
